The Mount Pulaski Economic Development and Planning Board is working in partnership with the Lincoln Area YMCA to bring child care to the Mount Pulaski community. The purpose of this survey is to gather firm numbers on how many students would utilize before and after school child care at a licensed location in Mount Pulaski. The Lincoln Area YMCA before and after school program is currently serving children in grades K-5. Please submit the following survey at your earliest convenience to aid us in the planning and preparation of bringing this collaborative service to our community!
